Ridgid 975 Combo Insitu Roll Groover 1 1/4" - 6" (PEG004)
The Model 975 Combo Roll Groover combines two tools in one. Like other RIDGID® roll groovers, it mounts on the RIDGID 300 Power Drive for machine-powered roll grooving. It is also designed to manually roll groove pipe in place.
Auto Tracking & Depth Setting Gauge for Easier Operation – The 975 Combo Groover features patented AutoTracking technology that makes grooving significantly easier. Whether used in machine-powered or manual mode, the AutoTracking gauge keeps the pipe automatically engaged with the groover throughout the process. A permanently set depth gauge also allows for faster, more consistent setup and repeatable results.
Reduced Hand Force – When manually roll grooving, the 975’s 55% higher gear reduction requires substantially less hand force than competitive manual roll groovers, making it especially beneficial for overhead applications.
Durability and Portability – Built with rugged ductile iron construction, the 975 is designed to withstand jobsite abuse while delivering accurate grooves time after time. A cast-in handle allows for easy transport to and from the jobsite.
