Dingli Ultrasonic Anti-Collision Safety System (PAA020)

An Ultrasonic Anti-Collision Safety System for a scissor lift uses ultrasonic sensors to detect overhead and nearby obstacles. As the lift approaches an object, the system provides progressive audible warnings and will automatically stop lift movement when a safe distance is breached, helping prevent operator entrapment and collisions with ceilings, beams, or other structures. The system functions by emitting high-frequency sound waves and measuring the time it takes for the echoes to return, allowing it to calculate the distance to objects within its defined “cone of safety,” typically extending several meters above the platform.
